Supporting Health and Wellness on a Larger Scale

As an organization reaching more than 55,000 physicians and the potential to impact 439 million patient and caregiver visits in the U.S. each year,
Healthy Advice Networks takes very seriously our opportunity and responsibility to be a good corporate citizen.

Public Service

Each year our organization responds to global and social health challenges by donating creative development, free air time in our digital programs and dedicated print space in our exam room patient education materials.

We have continually collaborated with numerous not-for-profit, government and health agencies to support better health for the general public. Recent campaigns supported by Healthy Advice programs include:

  • American Diabetes Association – Stop Diabetes Campaign
  • American Heart Association – Red Dress Campaign
  • Asthma & Allergy Foundation – Life Without Limits Campaign
  • Centers for Disease Control and Prevention– Learn the Signs; Act Early Campaign for Childhood Development
  • Healthy Advice Campaign for Preventive Health Choices
  • Healthy Advice Open Up Campaign: What you tell your doctor…
  • March of Dimes – March for Babies Campaign
  • Mental Health America – Adult & Child Screenings
  • National Fibromyalgia Association – Finding Balance When Living with Fibromyalgia

Environmental

Healthy Advice Networks recognizes that our environment is a critical component of achieving better health and quality of life. We make every effort to minimize our environmental footprint during the paper manufacturing and printing process by employing the following practices:

  • Printing patient-education brochures using print companies and papers certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
  • Narrowing our paper selection in order to work only with mills that adhere to sound environmental policies.
  • Using soy ink whenever possible. Soy ink produces fewer volatile organic compounds than traditional petroleum inks.
  • Recycling all print overrun brochures. Printing with soy ink makes recycling easier and more efficient.
