Michael R. Collette
President and CEO
Michael Collette graduated with a BA from Dartmouth College. After graduation, Michael worked in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble on multiple brands in the Health and Personal Care Division.

Michael and several colleagues left Procter & Gamble in 1987 to found On Target Media, where Michael originally served as the company’s lead product developer. Upon becoming President and CEO a few years later, Michael successfully transformed the company from an agency business model to a media business model. With this change came a new name, and On Target Media began doing business as Healthy Advice.

Jake Boos
Executive Vice President, Digital Health
Jake joined Healthy Advice in 2008 to lead the company's new online consumer health initiatives. He was formerly Vice President, Consumer Health and Healthology at iVillage (NBC acquired iVillage for $600MM in '06). Jake lead HealthCentersOnline (sold to iVillage in '05) and subsequently spearheaded the complete redevelopment of iVillage’s consumer health divisions into a single destination site. In addition, Jake has experience in the CME space (Healthology), in-hospital television (Newborn Channel), online physician applications and the online subscription diet space. Jake has a BBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin.

Jill M. Brewer
Executive Vice President, Field Sales and Service
Jill Brewer graduated with a BA in marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Before joining Healthy Advice in 2004, Jill was Vice President of Business Development for Edison Schools, a for-profit education management organization. Prior to her role at Edison, Jill was Regional Sales Vice President for Whittle Communications, the architect of place-based media.

Thomas E. Campbell
Executive Vice President, Product Management and Development
Tom Campbell came to Healthy Advice in 1998, when it was still known as On Target Media. Prior to joining the company, Tom was Senior Vice President, Business Development for Frequency Marketing, Inc. (now a division of Alliance Data Systems), one of the country’s premier customer loyalty solutions providers. Tom previously held marketing positions at both Whittle Communications and Henderson Advertising. Tom is a graduate of Harvard University, where he received a BA cum laude with a concentration in Economics.

Catherine A. Goold
Chief Information Officer
Catherine Goold graduated cum laude with a BS in Business Administration from Xavier University. Before joining Healthy Advice in 2002, Catherine held positions as National Practice Leader for Atos Origin, a global IT consulting company, and National Product Education Manager for Metaphor Computer Systems.

Michael G. McAllister
Chief Operating Officer
Michael McAllister has a BA from Bucknell University and after spending four years as a Lieutenant in the US Army, Michael earned his MBA from Syracuse University. Michael held senior marketing positions at both RJR and Wrangler and later joined place-based media pioneer Whittle Communications as President of Field Sales. While at Whittle, Michael launched several $50 million+ physician office-based media programs. He also launched the school-based TV network Channel One and eventually became President of this stand-alone division. Prior to joining Healthy Advice in 2003, Michael was President of ProtoCall, a pharmaceutical contract sales organization and a division of the publicly traded PDI (Professional Detailing, Inc.). Michael is regarded as one of the country’s leading authorities on place-based media field operations and physician office enrollment.

H. Scott Nesbitt
Executive Vice President, Analytics & Information
Scott Nesbitt is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Trinity College, where he received a BS in Computer Science and History. After working as a Systems Engineer for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Scott returned to school and graduated with his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School. Scott joined Healthy Advice in 2001 after working for more than a decade in consumer product marketing/marketing research for Procter & Gamble, Andrew Jergens, and Catalina Marketing (Health Resource).

Stephen J. Schmitz
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Schmitz graduated with a BA from the University of Cincinnati, after which he joined the Cincinnati office of Price Waterhouse. Stephen moved on to become the Corporate Controller for Provident Travel before being promoted to Vice President in 1988. As such, he managed the largest operating unit of Provident Travel as the company grew from $8 million to $55 million dollars in sales. Stephen has been with Healthy Advice since 1998.

Deborah Schnell
President, Sales and Strategic Planning
Deborah Schnell graduated with a BS from Miami University. After graduation, Deborah worked for IBM, holding positions of increasing responsibility in sales, sales training, and marketing. In 1996, Deborah helped launch ProtoCall, a pharmaceutical contract sales organization, and in 1999 was instrumental in positioning the company for sale to PDI, a publicly traded contract sales organization. Deborah went on to become a corporate officer of PDI and Executive Vice President of Business Development. She joined Healthy Advice in 2005.

Sabrina Shattles
Executive Vice President, Corporate Creative and Marketing Director
Sabrina Shattles graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, Tampa. Before joining Healthy Advice in 2001, Sabrina was a successful freelance advertising/marketing communications copywriter and consultant. She has also held marketing and creative positions at ChoiceCare Health Maintenance Organization (now Humana) and Cincinnati Bell Telephone. Outside of Healthy Advice, Sabrina is on the board of Working in Neighborhoods, a local not-for-profit organization whose mission is to increase home ownership.
